DANCE 10, SING 10: SINGING FOR DANCERS!
CLASS DESCRIPTION
This course is designed for dancers who are looking to grow their ability and confidence with singing! This is a 5-week course with a maximum of 8 people per class.
LEVEL UP: VOCAL TECHNIQUE COURSE
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Vocal Technique Course is a 10-Week Course designed to take your singing and understanding of your voice to the next level. Each class will have a maximum of 8 people.
LIVE in Living Color
CLASS DESCRIPTION
Need to get high quality video on tape, but tired of singing into your phone with your cat and roommates patiently (read: anxiously) waiting in the other room?! Then THIS is the class for you!
LIVE in Living color is a 4-week course designed to help you get high quality video of new material that best represents YOU as an artist. Often times, actors are left to record new material alone at home in front of a ring light. The reason we started this course was to bring back two essential elements to capturing captivating live performance on film: preparation and an AUDIENCE!

Courage, confidence, and excitement are three words to describe my new approach to singing after Joey's Dance 10, Sing 10 course. Being in a room led by a wonderful teacher, full of supportive people who genuinely care about my growth, is what made it so easy to explore something that doesn't come as naturally to me. As a dancer, I was nervous to take a singing only course; however, after the first class, I knew I was in good hands. Joey is such an extraordinary teacher who has the gift of knowing how to work with each student in the exact way they need. Not only did this class reveal more to me about who I am as a vocalist, but I had the opportunity to learn from my fellow dance colleagues. There is no pressure from Joey, only encouragement to uncover your full potential. His knowledge and understanding of the voice is expansive, and anyone would be lucky to work with him!
